Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 can peas, drained
    1 can corn, drained
    1 can French-style green beans
    1 green pepper, diced
    1 c. diced onion
    1 can red pimento, chopped and drained
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1 Tbsp. water
    3/4 c. vinegar
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine all vegetables.
    Mix remaining ingredients in saucepan.
    Bring to a boil.
    Cool.
    Stir into vegetable mixture. Refrigerate several hours before serving.
