Chicken Pamela - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
1/2 green pepper, cut into tiny pieces
1/2 red pepper, cut into tiny pieces
1/2 onion, cut into tiny pieces
1 tomato, cut into small pieces
1/2 c. shredded nonfat Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Wash and place chicken flat in a baking dish (pre-sprayed with Pam cooking spray).
Layer the chicken with the pre-cut green pepper, red pepper, onion and tomato. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 40 minutes. Sprinkle shredded Mozzarella cheese on top and bake until cheese melts.
Serves 4.
