Remee'S Guiltless Pasta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. vegetable rotini noodles
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. Birds Eye broccoli, corn, red pepper vegetable combination
    2 cloves garlic
    2 Tbsp. lemon pepper
    1 Tbsp. Promise Ultra fat-free butter
    1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook noodles as package directions.
    Cook vegetable combination in microwave with added water for 7 minutes.
    Add garlic, sliced or diced to vegetables prior to microwaving.
    Drain noodles.
    Combine noodles and vegetable mixture and fat-free butter and lemon pepper. Mix well.
    Sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese.
    Can be served hot or cold.
