Coconut Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. plain flour
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. coconut flavoring
    1/2 c. Crisco
    8 oz. pkg. frozen coconut
    1 c. self-rising flour
    1 1/2 c. sweet milk
    2 sticks margarine
    6 eggs
Preparation
    Mix Crisco and margarine.
    Add sugar.
    Cream until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, and beat well.
    Add flour and milk. Beat well.
    Add flavoring and coconut.
    Pour into large tube pan and cook at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
