Bourbon Or Rum Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped pecans
    2 Tbsp. white Karo syrup
    1 large box vanilla wafers
    2 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 c. powdered sugar
    12 Tbsp. bourbon, rum or brandy
Preparation
    Make the vanilla wafers into fine crumbs.
    Add Karo syrup, cocoa, bourbon, rum or brandy and 1/2 cup powdered sugar; mix well. Add pecans. Shape into small balls and roll in remaining powdered sugar. Balls are better after they set for at least 1 day.
