Ingredients

1 c. hot milk
1 egg
2 Tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. flour
Preparation

Heat the milk in a pan.
Add the butter; stir until melted. Cool this mixture just a little.
Put eggs into blender; beat until light.
Add milk mixture.
Cool more.
Add the flour, sifted with salt and baking powder.
Beat smooth with a blender.
Cook on hot (425\u00b0) pancake pan, greased.
Make the pancakes thin.
After first batch, no more greasing the pan is usually needed.
Can be rolled up and filled with jam or filling of your choice.
