Green Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cooked rice
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 1/4 c. chopped parsley (fresh)
1/3 c. chopped onion
salt and pepper to taste
5 egg yolks, beaten
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. chopped green peppers
5 egg whites, beaten
Preparation
-
Mix all ingredients, folding in egg whites last.
Pour into flat buttered pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until set.
