Italian Lunch Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large round loaf Italian bread
    1 lb. chopped meat
    1 large jar tomato sauce
    1 pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1 large container Ricotta cheese
    salt, pepper and Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Slice small top off bread (like a pumpkin top).
    Hollow out loaf by pulling off all the white bread so just the shell of crust remains with bottom intact.
