Quick Beef Chowder - cooking recipe

16 oz. can tomatoes (2 c.), cut up
1 can condensed cream of celery soup
8 oz. can (1 c.) whole kernel corn
2 Tbsp. snipped parsley
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. Basic Ground Beef Mixture
Preparation

In large saucepan, stir tomatoes into celery soup; stir in undrained corn, parsley, and salt. Add frozen beef mixture. Simmer, covered, for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Makes 4-5 servings.
