Peanut Butter Scotchies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. (1 stick) butter, softened
1 c. packed brown sugar
3/4 c. smooth peanut butter
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. light corn syrup
2 tsp. baking soda
4 1/2 c. quick rolled oats
1/3 c. plus 1 Tbsp. chocolate pieces
1/3 c. plus 1 Tbsp. butterscotch pieces
1/4 c. chopped nuts
4 oz. white chocolate
Preparation

In large bowl, cream butter and sugar.
Add peanut butter and eggs; mix well.
Blend in vanilla and corn syrup.
Set aside.
In another bowl, combine baking soda and oats.
Add to sugar mixture. Mix well.
Blend in chocolate and butterscotch pieces and nuts. Drop by scant tablespoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets.
Using knife, spread each cookie into circle.
Bake at 350\u00b0 8 to 10 minutes.
