Low-Fat Mozzarella In Carozza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 slices bread (crusts removed)
    1 thick slice Mozzarella cheese
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. milk
Preparation
    Heat ironstone skillet (no stick).
    Beat egg and milk.
    Place cheese between the two slices of bread.
    Dip edges first, then both sides in egg milk mixture.
    Place in skillet until golden brown on both sides.
