Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. salad oil
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 c. finely grated carrots
Preparation

Sift together flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt; set aside.
Combine salad oil and sugar; beat well.
Gradually add dry ingredients.
Add the carrots; mix well.
Grease and flour pan and pour in batter.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 50 to 60 minutes.
