Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 bell pepper, diced
1 Tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 small can crushed pineapple
Preparation

Let cream cheese soften. Combine it with pineapple (drained well on a paper towel).
Add other ingredients.
Roll in a ball and refrigerate for about 30 minutes. Roll ball in pecans.
