Texas Sheet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. margarine or butter
    1/3 c. cooking oil
    4 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 c. water
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Grease and flour jelly roll pan.
    Stir together in a large bowl the sugar and flour; set aside.
    In a saucepan, melt together the margarine, cocoa, cooking oil and water.
    Bring to a boil over low heat, watching carefully so the cocoa doesn't scorch.
    Pour the hot cocoa mixture over the sugar and flour mixture.
    Beat the eggs slightly and add.
    Add the remaining ingredients.
    Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Frost while warm with Texas Frosting.
