Maid-Rites - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 lb. ground chuck
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 pkg. hamburger buns, warmed or toasted

Preparation

Brown meat in heavy skillet; break into pieces and crumble as it cooks.
Cook onion with meat.
Season, scoop up with slotted spoon so excess grease can drain off.
Put on hamburger bun that has been toasted.
Eat-em-up partner!
