Tea Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. shortening
    2 Tbsp. buttermilk
    1 egg
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix sugar and shortening.
    Add egg, vanilla and buttermilk. Add flour.
    Roll, cut and the bake at 350\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
