Ingredients

2 c. broccoli florets
8 Tbsp. water
1/4 c. Dijon mustard
8 Tbsp. honey
1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
Preparation

Blanch or steam broccoli.
To make sauce, mix water with mustard, honey and pepper.
Toss 1/2 cup of sauce with broccoli and serve.
