Prawns In Garlic-Tomato Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. olive oil
    8 garlic cloves, minced
    1/2 c. onions, minced
    2 cans diced tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh oregano
    1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
    1/2 tsp. salt
    12 oz. dried penne pasta
    1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
    2 Tbsp. grated Romano cheese
    12 oz. bag frozen, medium shrimp
Preparation
    In large nonstick frying pan, over medium heat, heat the oil. Add frozen shrimp and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
    Drain off excess liquid.
    Add garlic and onions and saute until tender, about 3 minutes.
    Add tomatoes and oregano, bring to boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes, add red pepper flakes and salt and simmer for 5 minutes.
