Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine (1/2 c.)
    1 medium onion
    1 lb. beef cubes
    2 cans beef broth
    1 can mushrooms
    1 pt. sour cream (8 oz.)
    noodles, cooked
    1 c. flour
Preparation
    Cook onion in butter until transparent.
    Add mushrooms.
    Slice beef thin and roll in flour.
    Add to onion and mushrooms and any remaining flour.
    Let this brown 5 to 10 minutes over medium heat. Add beef broth.
    Cook 1 hour.
    Keep checking to avoid sticking. Remove from heat and add sour cream and cooked noodles.
