Coconut Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. milk
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. sugar
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. coconut
Preparation
    Scald milk.
    Blend eggs, sugar, salt and vanilla.
    Gradually stir into scalded milk; add coconut.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
