Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms
    8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
    8 strips bacon
    2 tsp. chives
    salt to taste
    butter
Preparation
    Fry bacon; melt butter.
    Cap, wash and air dry mushrooms. Combine cream cheese, bacon, chives and salt to taste.
    Dip mushrooms in melted butter.
    Fill with cream cheese mixture. Place under broiler until bubbly and brown.
    This can be cooked in a sheet pan or casserole dish.
