Barbecue Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 oz.) bottle catsup
    1 (5 oz.) bottle Worcestershire sauce
    1 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. dry mustard
    2 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
    2 Tbsp. Tabasco
    1 can beer
    2 Tbsp. butter
    juice of 1 lemon
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Stir all together in a pot and simmer, uncovered, until sauce is thick, approximately 3 to 5 hours. Makes 1 quart.
