Wilted Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 slices bacon
    5 oz. fresh spinach, bite size pieces
    1 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 c. cherry tomatoes, quartered
    1/4 c. red onion, chopped
    1/4 c. cider vinegar
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. coarse ground pepper
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Cook bacon
    until crisp.
    Drain, then crumble.\tReserve 2 tablespoons
    bacon\tdrippings.
    Combine
    spinach, mushrooms, tomatoes and onion\tin
    a
    large mixing bowl. Combine vinegar, sugar, salt,
    pepper,
    mustard,
    drippings\tand
    2 tablespoons water in saucepan.\tHeat
    to just boiling.\tPour dressing over salad. Toss lightly.
    Garnish with bacon. Serve immediately.
