Crusty Oven Baked Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, beaten
    1 Tbsp. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 lb. boneless fish
    1 1/2 c. crushed corn flake crumbs
    melted margarine
    lemon juice
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    In a shallow bowl, combine egg, water and salt.
    Dip fish fillets into egg mixture and then coat generously with crushed cereal.
    Place on a foil-lined baking sheet.
    Drizzle with melted margarine.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes or just until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
    Serve with lemon juice.
