Mock Filet Mignon - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
4 slices bacon

Preparation

Mix all ingredients, except bacon, together lightly with fork. Shape into 4 round steaks.
Wrap each steak with a slice of bacon and secure with toothpicks.
Broil 6-inches from heat for 8 to 11 minutes.
Remove toothpicks before serving.
