Humble Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pound cake
    3 boxes coconut cream pudding mix (not instant)
    6 c. milk
    5 ripe bananas
    4 egg whites
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    coconut
Preparation
    Slice pound cake into 1/4-inch slices.
    Place in bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Cook pudding as directed on box.
    Cool, slice bananas over cake and pour pudding over bananas.
    Place in refrigerator until cold.
    Make meringue with egg whites, sugar and vanilla.
    Spread over pudding, sprinkle with coconut.
    Bake until browned.
