Bread And Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bread
    2 c. grated cheese
    2 onions, thinly sliced
    1 green pepper, chopped
    3 tomatoes, sliced
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. butter
    1 1/4 c. milk
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Use sliced whole wheat or any kind of leftover bread, stale is okay too!
    Toast and cut into smaller pieces.
    In casserole dish, put layer of bread, layer of cheese and layer of vegetables.
    Salt and pepper.
    Dot with butter or sprinkle with oil (no olive oil).
    Repeat until everything is used up.
    Heat milk and beat in eggs.
    Pour over whole thing.
    Bake for 40 minutes or until milk is absorbed and cheese is melted and bubbly.
    Yields 6 servings.
