Egg Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 to 3/4 lb. ground pork
1/2 lb. linguica sausage
3 to 4 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 to 1 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
6 carrots
3 stalks celery
3 large handfuls bean sprouts
2 cans water chestnuts
1 can bamboo shoots
1 pkg. egg roll wrappers
Preparation

Brown pork in skillet.
Remove linguica from casing; chop and add to pork.
Drain and add 2 tablespoons soy sauce and garlic powder.
Mix well.
