Spinach Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) boxes chopped spinach, thawed
    2 (8 oz.) cans sliced water chestnuts, chopped
    1 (1.34 oz.) envelope dry vegetable soup mix
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and chill well. Serve with bread or crackers.
