Kielbasi Snacks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. kielbasi
    1 small jar apricot or peach preserves
    1 tsp. ginger
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. mustard
Preparation
    Slice kielbasi and fry slightly to get the grease out.
    Mix preserves, ginger, lemon juice and mustard.
    Add kielbasi; microwave or put in crock-pot and heat.
    Serve warm.
