Creamy Tacos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs ground chuck
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 can pinto beans
    1 can water
    1 brick chili
    1 can Rotel tomatoes
    1 lb Velveeta cheese, cubed
    1 pint sour cream
Preparation
    Brown meat and onion.
    Add everything except sour cream.
    Heat until cheese melts.
    Add sour cream.
    Serve over chips; top with lettuce, tomatoes, grated cheese, green onions, black olives, etc.
