Good Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 lb. potatoes
8 to 10 eggs, boiled
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 c. pickle relish or chopped sweet pickles
1 pt. Miracle Whip
2 Tbsp. salt
paprika
Preparation

Peel potatoes and slice into 1/4-inch pieces.
Cook until done.
Drain water and let cool.
Mix onion and salt.
Cut eggs into small pieces.
Mix salad dressing and relish into potatoes. Sprinkle with paprika and let set overnight for best flavor. Serves 10.
