Raisin Sauce For Hams - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. raisins
1 1/2 c. water
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
-
Boil raisins in water for about 5 minutes.
Add sugar, cornstarch and spices.
Cook, stirring constantly until thickened. Blend in vinegar.
Serve hot over ham.
