Basic Sweet Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. warm water (110~ to 115~)
    1 tsp. sugar
    2 pkg. active dry yeast
    2 eggs
    1 stick margarine (soft)
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. less 1 tsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    6 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix
    water,
    1\tteaspoon
    sugar,
    yeast.
    Stir\tand set aside. Scald
    milk,
    pour into large mixing bowl;
    add sugar, salt and 3 cups
    flour.
    Mix with spoon and be sure it is not hotter than 110\u00b0
    to
    115\u00b0.
    Add eggs and yeast mixture.
    Mix well with spoon.
    Add margarine, then beat with mixer about 5 minutes.
    Add 3 more cups flour and mix well with spoon.\tTurn onto floured board
    or
    pastry cloth.
    Let rest a short time. Knead about
    5 minutes, adding flour only if needed.
    Let rise in warm
    place until
    double
    in bulk, 1 1/2 or 1 hour.
    Make into desired shapes.
    Let
    rise 1 hour.\tBake in 350\u00b0 to 400\u00b0 oven not more than 18 to 20 minutes.
