Joojeh Kabob - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large or 2 medium onions
    1/2 pt. plain yogurt
    1 bottle concentrated lemon juice
    1 tube saffron
    chicken pieces
Preparation
    Grate the onions, keeping the juice.
    Mix the onions with the lemon juice and the yogurt in a shallow pan.
    Mixture should be deep enough to half cover chicken pieces.
    Marinate chicken for several hours or in the refrigerator overnight.
    Chicken should be turned over halfway through the marinating period.
