Cherry Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 oz. cherry gelatin
2 tsp. lemon juice
3 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. salad dressing
1 can whole cranberry sauce
1/2 c. celery, minced
1/2 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in 1 cup hot water.
Add lemon juice, cream cheese, salt and salad dressing.
Blend thoroughly with mixer. Chill until mixture begins to thicken.
Whip until fluffy.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Pour into mold and chill until set.
