Chicken Costa Brava(Mexican Chicken) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple slices
    1 large onion, quartered
    1 (8 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 c. salsa
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    1 red bell pepper, slivered
    1 green bell pepper, slivered
    2 large cloves garlic, minced
    4 boneless chicken breasts
    1 c. ripe olives
    1/2 c. green olives
    1 tsp. cumin
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Drain pineapple; reserve juice.
    Sprinkle chicken with salt. Brown chicken in oil.
    Combine spices; sprinkle over chicken.
    Add garlic and onion; saute.
    Add reserved pineapple juice with tomatoes, olives and salsa.
    Cover and simmer 25 minutes.
