Buttermilk Griddle Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 eggs, well beaten
    2 c. buttermilk
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Sift flour, baking soda, salt and sugar onto a piece of wax paper. Combine eggs and buttermilk in a medium bowl. Add remaining ingredients. Drop batter onto a hot griddle and brown on both sides.
