Barbecued Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. milk
    2 tsp. salt (I use less)
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    fat
    1 c. catsup or 1/2 c. catsup and 1/2 c. barbecue sauce
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    3 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Combine ground beef, milk, salt and pepper; shape into 16 meatballs.
    Brown in small amount of fat.
    Combine catsup, Worcestershire sauce, onion, sugar, vinegar and water.
    Pour over meatballs.
    Cover; cook for 10 minutes.
    Turn meat occasionally. Serve over rice.
