Candied Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 medium sweet potatoes
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 stick oleo
    1 Tbsp. corn meal
    1 Tbsp. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Peel potatoes; cut into strips about 1/2-inch thick.
    Place in a 3-quart baking dish.
    Mix sugar, meal and flour together; sprinkle over potatoes.
    Top with dabs of oleo.
    Cover casserole and bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 6.
