Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 c. raw apples, peeled and chopped
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Mix together first 3 ingredients well.
    Add next 3 dry ingredients.
    Fold in apples and pecans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
