1 stick oleo or butter
Preparation

Cut up the fryer. Flour heavily and place in casserole or Dutch oven. Cut up the oleo or butter over chicken; cover with water. Place in oven at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. When about half done, squeeze juice of a lemon over the chicken. Continue baking until done.
