Hawaiian Delight(Lisa'S Favorite) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 box vanilla wafers
1/2 lb. margarine
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 large egg
1/2 pt. whipping cream
1 large can crushed pineapple, chilled and drained

Preparation

Roll out cookies (save out 1/3 cup) and mix with 1/4 pound butter.
Press into pan and bake at 325\u00b0 for 10 or 15 minutes. Cool.
