Seven Minute Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7/8 c. sugar
    1 egg white
    3 Tbsp. cold water
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. baking powder
    6 large marshmallows
Preparation
    Beat sugar, egg white and cold water to a peak in double boiler.
    Remove from heat.
    Add vanilla, baking powder and marshmallows.
    Whip and put on cake.
    Reserve some; add food coloring and swirl on cake.
