Cream Cheese Mints - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese
    2 lb. powdered sugar
    1 or 2 drops flavoring oil
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together.
    Knead with hands until it looks like pie dough.
    Roll into small balls.
    Dip in granulated sugar; press into mold.
    Pop out on waxed paper.
    Mints may be frozen in a covered container.
    (Add color with food coloring, if desired.) Makes 200 mints.
