Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 3/4 c. shortening (solid)
    1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1 large egg
Preparation
    Cut in shortening with dry ingredients.
    Beat egg, water and vinegar; mix with ingredients.
    Divide into 4 or 5 balls.
    Chill 1/2 hour.
