Skillet Macaroni And Beef - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. uncooked elbow macaroni (2 c.)
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 to 1 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Cook beef in a large skillet until it loses its redness. Remove from skillet and cook macaroni, onion and green pepper in meat fat until macaroni is yellow.
Add meat back to skillet along with tomato sauce, water, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Cover and simmer for 25 minutes or until macaroni is cooked. Makes 6 servings.
