Texas Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large onions, chopped
    1 large green pepper, chopped
    1 1/2 lb. hamburger
    2 c. canned tomatoes or juice
    3/4 c. uncooked rice
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Saute onions and pepper in 3 tablespoons of oil until onions are yellow.
    Cook hamburger until it falls apart and is gray in color.
