Greek Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cubed, cooked chicken breasts (about 3)
    2 medium cucumbers, peeled, seeded and chopped
    1 1/4 c. crumbled Feta cheese
    2/3 c. sliced pitted ripe olives
    1/4 c. snipped parsley
    1 recipe Aioli or 1 c. mayonnaise plus 3 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 c. plain yogurt
    1 Tbsp. dried oregano leaves
Preparation
    In a large mixing bowl, combine first 5 ingredients. Set aside.
    In a small bowl, combine Aioli, yogurt and oregano.
    Add to chicken mixture. Toss to coat. Cover and chill.
    Serve on lettuce leaves.
    Makes 6 servings.
