Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. Velveeta Mexican cheese with jalapeno pepper, cubed
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 egg, beaten
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix
Preparation
    Combine the cheese and milk in a saucepan; stir over low heat until the cheese is melted.
    Add mixture and egg to muffin mix, mixing just until moistened.
    Pour into greased 8-inch square pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
